Standard Return/Refund Policy


  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Zivix Shop, ( or, can be returned to Zivix.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in the original packaging, including all chords, adapters, battery and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • You must obtain an RMA Number from Zivix before shipping any product back to Zivix.
  • How To Return An Item

    In order to process your return, you may call Zivix Customer Service at (612) 225-0096, Press #1, or email [email protected] to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Requirements for an RMA to be issued: validated Proof of Purchase that the product was purchased from the Zivix Shop and the return request is made within the 14 calendar day window.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer nor any other retailer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refund is granted (if applicable): any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned after the 14 calendar day window.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.     Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected], once an RMA # has been generated and your return/exchange is approved you can then send the item to: 4150 Olson Memorial Hwy, Suite 400 Golden Valley, MN 55422.


    To return your product once you have an approved RMA number, please include the email that verifies the RMA # with the returned item, then send the returned item to 4150 Olson Memorial Hwy, Suite 400 Golden Valley, MN 55422.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
